- 01Bring your thumb towards your little finger, as if slipping on a bangle.
- 02Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper) around the widest part of the hand, across the knuckles.
- 03Note the measurement in centimetres. If you used paper, mark it and lay it flat against a ruler.
